Our Story
My Mobile Massage was born out of both passion and frustration. After nearly two decades in the massage therapy industry, I saw how traditional clinic models often failed both clients and therapists. Clients faced limited availability, rushed sessions, and the stress of fitting appointments into busy schedules. Meanwhile, Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) were dealing with long hours, poor pay, and a lack of respect for their profession. Something needed to change.
I wanted to create a better way—one that supported therapists while also removing barriers for clients. A mobile massage model made sense. It meant people in Winnipeg could receive professional, therapeutic massage in the comfort of their own homes or workplaces, while therapists gained more autonomy, freedom, and fair compensation for their skills.
The timing was right. As online booking platforms and mobile tools emerged, scheduling and paying for an in-home massage became seamless. What once might have been complicated—finding availability, confirming appointments, coordinating travel—was suddenly simple and stress-free.
Today, My Mobile Massage is about more than convenience. It’s about building a healthier, more respectful approach to massage therapy—one that values therapist well-being and brings high-quality care directly to the people who need it most.
