To provide you with the best service possible we require:

Minimum 4 weeks notice to ensure we can accommodate your group into our schedule.
All participants follow our Health & Safety requirements
Our event contract is signed before the booking can be confirmed.
A minimum deposit is made to hold the requested date. learn more>

Direct Billing

We do not provide direct billing services but we do provide individual digital receipts your group members can submit for reimbursement to their insurance provider. ¹

¹ For reimbursement, insurance companies require the person receiving treatment to pay for the treatment. For this reason we are not able to provide individuals receipts for your team if the company/ one person is paying for everyone.

For the health and safety of our staff and our clients

Our team will wear masks while they are on site.
Everyone receiving a massage will be required to wear masks during their treatment.
Anyone with any cold or flu symptoms will not be able to receive a massage.

Great for large groups in a public setting!

Best for:

Minimum 5 ft x 5ft (1.5m x 1.5m) clear space for each chair.
Groups of 5 - 15 people per available therapist, per day.
Minimum 10 min treatments.
Max 30 min treatments.

We can provide up to 4 RMTs (Registered Massage Therapists) dependant on availability

Great for smaller groups with a privet space!

Best for:

Minimum 10 ft x 10ft (3m x 3m) clear privet space for table.
Groups of 3-5 people (per space provided).
Minimum 1 hour treatments.
Max 5 treatments per available therapist.
