What do I need to prepare for my mobile massage appointment?Simply book a time that works for you and ensure there is a clear parking space, unobstructed access to your home, and enough room for setup (about 7x10 feet, about the size of a queen bed) You may want to have an extra blanket and pillow for added comfort. If parking is limited in your area, please provide details when booking. Our therapists will do their best to find nearby parking, but any delays or restrictions may shorten your treatment time. We provide everything else—table, sheets, music, and a skilled therapist—so you can relax and enjoy your treatment!

Do you direct bill to insurance?We no longer offer direct billing, but we provide digital receipts so you can easily submit them to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Many insurers now offer quick online submission for faster refunds. Full payment is required at the time of service, and clients are responsible for any outstanding balance.

Is it safe?Yes! Your safety is our top priority. All our therapists are fully licensed, insured, and trained in First Aid & CPR, with clear criminal background and vulnerable sector checks. You can relax knowing you're in good hands!

Is my personal information safe?Yes! Our Registered Massage Therapists follow the Personal Health Information Act ensuring your information remains confidential. We use Noterro, a secure, Canada-based booking system that adheres to strict security protocols. Learn more about Noterro>

Do you charge for travel?Travel within Winnipeg’s Perimeter Highway is included at no extra cost. For locations beyond the Perimeter, there is a $2.50 per km fee, but we waive the first 50 km for bookings of 3 hours or more. Contact us for a quote and booking details!

Do you provide service outside the city?Yes! We travel anywhere within the Perimeter Highway at no extra charge. Locations beyond the Perimeter are subject to a $2.50 per km fee, but for bookings of 3 hours or more, we waive the fee for the first 50 km. Contact us for a quote and booking details!

Do you offer massages for workplaces or large groups?Yes! We provide workplace massages, offering table or chair massages based on your office setup. We also cater to large groups and pamper parties— click here to start planning your special event!

Do you provide massages in hospitals or personal care homes?We’re unable to offer services in hospitals or medical facilities. For personal care homes or assisted living, please check with the facility’s management for permission first, then email us with their requirements and contact details. We’ll guide you through the booking process from there!

What is your cancellation policy?Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged 100% of the service fee, as your reserved time affects both your therapist and other clients. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our therapist’s time and their commitment yours!

I need to cancel my massage what do I do?To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged in full. Simply open your confirmation email and click "Cancel Appointment." If you need assistance, feel free to reach out!

Can I book for someone els?Yes, you can book a massage for someone else, but since massage therapy is a medical service, the recipient must complete the required health forms sent 24 hours before their appointment. Only a legal guardian can fill out forms on behalf of another person, with proper documentation. For a flexible option, we also offer digital gift cards so your loved one can book at their convenience!
