What to I need to do/ supply? My Mobile Massage makes it easy for you. All you have to do is book a time that works best for your schedule, provide an unobstructed space for the therapist to park, unobstructed access to your home (clear path to door from street) and space for the therapist to set up (about 7 feet x 10 feet, or roughly the size of a queen-sized bed) within your home. We provide the rest: sheets, table, music, sherpa blanket, and a highly trained therapist.

I don’t have parking on my property, what should I do?When you book your appointment, leave a note to tell us where the therapist should park. If you live in a high volume parking area (Downtown/Exchange District/OsborneVillage), the therapist will do their best to find parking within a 2 block radius of your home. Any extra time required to find parking could result in a shortened treatment time. It is the responsibility of the client to provide safe and easy access to their residence, the cost of the booked services cannot be reduced or discounted due to parking restrictions. Please be aware of parking limits in your area! If a client books a treatment that is longer than the permitted parking time, the therapist will have to shorten the treatment time at the client’s expense.
-
I have pets. Is that ok?Absolutely! We love our furry family members too. All we ask is that they be separated from the treatment area or room for the duration of your massage. We don’t want to be stepping or tripping on any tails!
